MEET LEX FRIEDMAN
A dry, witty, smartypants hipster, Lex has been described as Emo Hermione, brunette Katchoo, and “someone you can talk to forever about nothing.” She might sell drugs and dispense wisdom - or does she sell wisdom and dispense drugs?
Conservatory trained at Maggie Flanigan Studio, Lex was a mainstay in the NYC indie theater scene, most notably as an original and continued member of the long-running, monthly, late-night soap opera for the stage, It’s Getting Tired, Mildred, now in its Sixth Season! She, along with her castmates, was the winner of the 2016 New York Innovative Theater Awards for Best Ensemble for her work in The Golfer.
She’s currently living in Los Angeles. Her on-camera work can be seen in the films of many independent luminaries - most recently in Linda Yellen’s film Fluidity.
